Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your clothing and accessories from MEZANINO MODA COMERCIO DE ROUPAS E ACESSORIOS. This policy explains how to return an item and request a refund or exchange for online orders. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Please send back any tags and the original packaging you received with the item.

Return shipping

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges for size or color

If you would prefer a different size or color instead of a refund, say so in your request.

We will tell you whether an exchange is possible for that item. Exchanges depend on stock availability and follow the same deadline and conditions as refunds.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
